My Experience on the Football Field

 My time playing football has made me realize the value of working in a team. Teamwork in order to achieve the same goal is very crucial. However, being a great teammate is more than this. Being a good teammate is not just helping people, but also helping them when they're struggling. Also, it means being trustworthy and accountable. This is among the most essential lessons I've learned through football. How can I apply these lessons to improve my life?
